Thanks to this, the know-how developed by Downtown can now be transferred to various markets — both in a full operational management model and in a more flexible support formula. Depending on the needs of the investment, we can take over comprehensive management of the facility or focus on selected areas such as marketing care, sales, communication, and remote guest service.

We manage over 1000 apartments in several locations.

Each month we handle around 6,000 bookings and 25,000 Guests.

Downtown is actively interested in expanding operations into new markets, both in Poland and abroad, seeing great potential for further growth.
