Die Tätigkeit von Downtown begann in Danzig, um sich schnell auf das gesamte Dreistadtgebiet auszudehnen und anschließend auf die Umgebung der Halbinsel Hel. Seit Anfang 2025 sind wir auch in Krakau präsent, und seit Beginn 2026 bauen wir Strukturen in Warschau sowie im Podhale auf. Wir blicken auch über die Landesgrenzen hinaus — ab März 2026 planen wir den Start an der Costa del Sol in Spanien, und in weiteren Plänen und Träumen stehen Dubai und die Côte d'Azur. Hinter der Entwicklung steht ein Team mit echter Erfahrung, Tatkraft und dem Ehrgeiz, konsequent eine starke Marke auf allen Märkten aufzubauen.
Downtown conducts its business primarily in key urban and leisure markets such as the Tri-City, Warsaw, Krakow, and Podhale. Our established operating model, proven processes, and effective management system enable us to think much broader — not only about additional locations in Poland but also about international markets.
For nearly 10 years, we have been consistently building an organizational structure, developing operational standards, and creating an effective system of operation, which today forms the foundation for further scaling of the business. At the same time, we have been training managers and teams, creating a model based on proven processes, high-quality service, and the ability to quickly implement new properties and locations.
Thanks to this, the know-how developed by Downtown can now be transferred to various markets — both in a full operational management model and in a more flexible support formula. Depending on the needs of the investment, we can take over comprehensive management of the facility or focus on selected areas such as marketing care, sales, communication, and remote guest service.
