L'attività di Downtown è iniziata a Danzica, per poi espandersi rapidamente in tutto il Trójmiasto e successivamente nei dintorni della Penisola di Hel. Dall'inizio del 2025 siamo inoltre presenti a Cracovia, e a partire dall'inizio del 2026 stiamo sviluppando strutture a Varsavia e nel Podhale. Guardiamo anche oltre i confini del paese — da marzo 2026 prevediamo il lancio sulla Costa del Sol in Spagna, e nei piani e nei sogni futuri ci sono Dubai e la Costa Azzurra. Dietro lo sviluppo c'è un team con esperienza reale, energia per agire e l'ambizione di costruire con costanza un marchio forte in tutti i mercati.
Downtown conducts its business primarily in key urban and leisure markets such as the Tri-City, Warsaw, Krakow, and Podhale. Our established operating model, proven processes, and effective management system enable us to think much broader — not only about additional locations in Poland but also about international markets.
For nearly 10 years, we have been consistently building an organizational structure, developing operational standards, and creating an effective system of operation, which today forms the foundation for further scaling of the business. At the same time, we have been training managers and teams, creating a model based on proven processes, high-quality service, and the ability to quickly implement new properties and locations.
Thanks to this, the know-how developed by Downtown can now be transferred to various markets — both in a full operational management model and in a more flexible support formula. Depending on the needs of the investment, we can take over comprehensive management of the facility or focus on selected areas such as marketing care, sales, communication, and remote guest service.
