2019
The beginning of operations includes 30 apartments and a team of 6 people. In the same year, the first office is established, becoming the foundation for further development.
2020
Dynamic growth to 84 apartments and 16 employees leads to the opening of a new, larger office that meets growing operational needs.
2021
The portfolio increases to 140 apartments, and the team to 30 people. The company opens a second office in a new location, expanding its market presence.
2022
Downtown Apartments reaches 291 apartments and 52 employees, strengthening its position as one of the key operators in the segment.
2023
The number of apartments increases to 489, and the team to 105 people. The opening of the third office in a new location marks another step in expansion.
2024
The company now manages 580 apartments and employs 111 people. This year, a fourth office is established in Gdańsk, and the headquarters is moved to a larger, more modern space.
2025
Dynamic growth reaches the next stage — 898 apartments and 156 employees. In February, Downtown Apartments starts operations in Krakow, and by the end of the year, renovation of a new office at this location begins. In the same year, Downtown, as the best rental operator in the Tri-City area, begins its activities in Warsaw.
2026
At the beginning of the year, the portfolio includes 938 apartments and 161 employees, reaching 998 apartments and 169 team members in the first quarter. At the same time, we launch the rental of the first several dozen apartments in Podhale. In April, a new office opens in Krakow, marking another step in strengthening the brand's nationwide presence in southern Poland.
